Items ordered after December 18th may not arrive in time for Christmas.
Canadian Customers
Until further notice, catmerchandise.com ships anywhere in Canada free of charge (excluding footwear). Due to sizing concerns we ask that you visit our nearest Toromont Cat facility so that you can select the proper sizing. If you still wish to order footwear from CATMerchandise website a shipping charge will apply. Please see our return policy for more information.
International (Outside of Canada) Customers
For shipping outside of Canada (including U.S.A.) the most economical mode of transport for your merchandise will be chosen. Once you have completed your on-line order, shipping charges will be calculated on an individual basis and a quote will be provided to you BEFORE a payment is processed. If you wish to expedite your order please indicate this and we will quote and ship accordingly. All orders must be paid in full (Canadian Funds), including shipping charges, before the order can be processed.
Please note that your packages may be subject to the Customs fees and Import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. These charges are not included in the cost of merchandise or the cost of shipping, they are always the recipient's responsibility.
We are unable to ship to PO Boxes or Rural Routes. Shipping companies will only deliver to a physical address. Please indicate full shipping address in Ship-to address window. Farm addresses, remote area addresses or land descriptions are acceptable.
Currency Information
All prices shown in Canadian Dollars. Canadian Dollars will be charged for all US and overseas customers but your credit card company will do the conversion to your country's pricing.
Payment Information
Shipping is free within Canada but charges will apply for all US and international orders which will be determined after the order has been placed. We will email you with the shipping quote for your approval before we ship your order.
For all customers we accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Pay Pal account or certified money order.
Sales Tax Information
For Canadian orders, appropriate Federal and Provincial taxes will be added based on the province of destination. No sales tax will be added for orders from outside Canada.
